LeadHawk collects only the information you choose to provide when requesting an assessment or booking a call, such as your name, phone number, trade and optional email address.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your request, deliver the requested recovery assessment and Google Business Profile check, schedule appointments, improve our services and measure marketing performance. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers including Cloudflare for website delivery, Make for automation, Google Sheets for lead records and Calendly for scheduling. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

Marketing and analytics

Campaign parameters and basic website activity may be recorded to understand which marketing brought a request. We do not intentionally send phone numbers, email addresses or names to advertising analytics tools.

Retention and choices

We retain lead information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, operations and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected].
